This page will discuss a variety of ways one can best utilize ProVanax™ for maximum benefits and results. There are a variety of ways and with thousands of satisfied users, we've had numerous "cycle" options reported back to us for optimal usage.
Please read the below "cycle" information, as we have designed a few to suit your specific needs. IF you are a first time user of ProVanax™, it is best advised that like ANY NEW SUPPLEMENT, you first start off at lower dose the first 2-3 days, simply to see how your body reacts.
What is a "little" for some people, may be a LOT for others and vice/versa. Start low, test only 1 or 2 capsules at a time and if you feel fine, then go ahead and begin using higher recommended dosages found below, so you can see and feel the REAL effects. This is a practice you should use with any new supplement you begin taking.
As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules, twice daily with 8-16 oz (1-2 full cups) of water (preferably on an empty stomach). For acute or “high stress” situations (mental or physical), take 4-8 capsules at once for instant relief.
It’s best to “cycle” this product and NOT to use it continuously, or your body may adapt and results will be reduced. Please see the below cycle options ...
Take 2-4 capsules, TWICE daily for THREE weeks straight, then take ONE complete week off and begin the cycle again. Hence, 3 weeks on, 1 week off and then repeat.

Because you are using semi-high dosages, after 3 weeks of continues usage, your body tends to adapt and higher dosages are needed. At this time, due to economics and to save you money, we recommend taking a complete week off to allow your body to "renew receptors" and begin the cycle again.
You'll notice that we recommend taking 2 capsules in the morning, yet 4 in the evening. That's because some people don't want to be "too relaxed" when going into work and hence, better in the evening when you CAN relax and enjoy the effects of ProVanax® (and probably when you need it the most anyway - after a long day of work).
But if your morning starts off stressful - big business meeting or test at school for example, then go ahead and use an extra 1-2 capsules in the morning.
Take 2-3 capsules, TWICE daily during the weekdays and then, take the weekends OFF. Hence, 5 days on/2 days off.
This option is easy to follow, but some people WANT or NEED to "relax" even more on the weekends and hence, wish to utilize ProVanax® during the weekends. If you are like this, then simply make sure you take off 1-2 days each week. It can be on Wednesdays + Thursdays .... Or, Tuesdays + Thursdays.
Basically, give your body and "receptor sites" a break 1-2 days out of each week.
